Top Tips

Here are some top tips to get you arena-ready and make the most of your visit:

Arrive Like A Champion (But Not Too Early)

Please aim to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your booked time slot and ensure you have your ticket downloaded and ready to scan on your phone.

Helpful Hint

› Save your ticket in your mobile phone wallet for ease.

Complete The Formalities

Every Contender ticket-holder must complete and sign a waiver form before they will be allowed into the Arena – please do so in advance and save time on the day.

Helpful Hints

› You will be asked to show your signed waiver upon arrival, so be sure to have this on hand

Beat The Peak

Peak times in the Arena are between 11:00 and 16:00 so queues may be slightly longer during these periods for the events. If you wish to change your booking and come at an off peak time (from 16:00 to close), you can manage your order to change your time slot.

Helpful Hints

› While the Arena is at its busiest, head to The Vault and explore the exclusive Gladiators memorabilia and immersive photo opportunities or check out the Gladiators Superstore.

Meet Your Favourite Gladiators

Outside of the thrill of the Arena action, Gladiators Experience also offers the chance for GladFans to meet some of their superstar heroes!

If you have purchased a Meet & Greet ticket in advance, make your way to the Meet & Greet check in desk located in The Vault 15 minutes before your designated session which will close 15 minutes after the start time.

We recommend that you attend a Meet & Greet session before you play the events and event kit items such as helmets, elbow pads and kneepads cannot be worn while taking part in the Meet & Greet.

Given the popularity of the Meet & Greet, queues can last up to 45 minutes and we ask that only one non-paying adult accompanies a junior ticket holder to maximise queuing space for other guests.

Helpful Hint

› You will receive a free souvenir autograph book at the Meet & Greet, or you may bring your own item to be signed.

Dress For Success

From The Wall to Hang Tough – and the legendary Eliminator, of course! The Gladiators Arena is packed with thrilling physical challenges. It’s important to come dressed to meet the challenge head on!

We recommend you arrive in:

(Please note that this is available at an additional cost during booking).

Contenders will have access to lockers to store items during their time in the arena only. Large bags are not permitted, so please only bring essentials!

  Prohibited Items

  • Hats

  • Glasses on Duel

  • Mobile phones - including taking photographs while participating on events

  • Wallets and jewellery which may damage the events

Helpful Hint

› Contenders will each be supplied with a wristband – and it’s important you look after this! You’ll need it to access your personal leaderboard online and purchase your Gladiator video.

Contenders, Ready

Remember: events in the Arena can be played in any order, and your 90 minutes of gameplay starts when you scan into your first event.

Helpful Hint

At peak times, we recommend heading to The Eliminator as your first event, so as to avoid losing time while queuing.

Ready to Take on The Eliminator?

Not only the most popular event, the Eliminator is the most physically challenging event at Gladiators Experience, designed for fittest contenders to conquer! Ensure you watch the instructional video before taking on the challenge and get the most out of our experience!

Helpful Hint

› Take on the Eliminator with energy and enthusiasm, but always stay in control and tackle the obstacles safely. Watch the Eliminator instructional video before you start for top tips on how to tackle it,

 Play Safe

Our Gladiators Experience Team will explain how each of the events – The Wall, Hang Tough, Duel, Unleash and The Eliminator – works and how to stay safe during your time in the Arena, so please listen closely to all game briefings and ensure you wear your supplied event kit for each game.

Helpful Hint

› Our Gladiators Experience Team aren’t only here to keep you safe – they are on hand to assist you in giving each Event your best shot!

Stay Hydrated

Water and sports drinks are permitted in the Arena – you’ll be highly active during the Experience, so make sure you drink plenty of fluids and take breaks if needed.

Helpful Hint

No soft drinks are allowed into the arena and free water is available in the arena.

Look After Your Team

If you’re coming with a group or family, make a plan! Ensure everyone knows your rendezvous point  and stick together.

Helpful Hint

Agree on a meeting spot just in case you get separated in the buzz of the action.
