How It Works
How It Works:
Contenders collect their RFID wristband when tickets are scanned at the main entrance.
Head to the Contender Registration when ready, scan your wristband and enter your Contender name.
Collect your safety equipment from the Kit Room, head through to the Locker Room and get ready to step into the Arena.
Head through to the warm-up, loosen those limbs, learn the ropes, check your height and off to the Events.
Your 75-minutes starts when you scan into your first event (We recommend hitting the Eliminator first to maximise your experience)!
Your times and scores are automatically logged to your wristband as you complete events, check out the leaderboards to see where you rank.
Your wristband also captures your personal video highlights reel throughout the experience. This can be purchased and kept forever (VIP ticket holders have this included in their package).
Each time you scan into an event, a screen will show your remaining time in the Arena. Once your time is up, explore the Gladiators set in the Vault and check out the shows history in the Archive, grab a bite to eat and browse the Gladiators merch superstore.
The Events:
The Wall
Six Contenders race side-by-side to scale The Wall and hit the button at the top. A test of pure speed, agility and nerve – the quicker you climb, the higher you rise on The Wall leaderboard. Please note: The Wall is for all Contender ticket types.
Duel
Two Contenders step onto opposing podiums for a classic test of strength, balance and strategy. Armed with pugil sticks, each aims to knock their opponent off before the 30-second clock runs out. Friends and Family can compete together; solo Contenders will be paired with another solo attendee of similar build. Please note: Only Adult Contender / Adult Family Contenders will be able to play on Duel. Juniors and Adult Family ticket holders from the same group may play on Junior Duel.
Hang Tough
Contenders swing across as suspended grid of rings, aiming to reach the opposite platform in the fastest time possible. Grip, momentum and timing are everything – can you swing your way to the top of the Hang Tough leaderboard? Please note: Hang Tough is for everyone, please check your height to see which course is for you!
Unleash
Four Contenders sprint down a dynamic racetrack featuring a series of obstacles before powering up the steps and leaping to tag the hanging flag. Explosive speed and precision will determine who unleashes the fastest time on the Unleash Leaderboard. Please note: Unleash is for all ticket types.
Eliminator
The ultimate test of endurance and determination. This is a head-to-head race, or solo time challenge, to conquer the full Eliminator course as fast as possible. Contenders battle through nine obstacles before tackling the iconic Travelator and bursting through the final swing doors. Only the quickest Contenders will rise to the top of the Eliminator leaderboard. Please note: All ticket holders who reach the minimum height requirement (1.5m) will be able to take part in the Eliminator. Smaller Junior Contenders and Family ticket holders can take on the Junior Eliminator.
