How Does It Work?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your designated entry time, selected at the point of booking. Once inside Gladiators Experience, we recommend Contenders complete their 75 minutes of Arena play first and enjoy the rest of the experience at your own pace afterwards.
Each Contender will have 75 minutes of free play in the arena on their designated events. This is tracked via a supplied RFID wristband; your time will begin from the moment you scan into your first event. To ensure you have the best possible experience, it is strongly recommended you tackle the Eliminator first!
When you arrive at Gladiators Experience, you’ll be issued an interactive RFID wristband based on your ticket type (Adult, Junior, Family or VIP).
Head over to the Registration desk to scan your wristband on entry. Once scanned, you’ll choose whether you’re registering as an individual Contender or as a family group and pick your Contender name(s) for the leaderboard.
When you’re ready, make your way to the Kit Room to collect your safety equipment before heading into the Arena to take on the events.
Your RFID wristband tracks your performance throughout your Gladiators Experience. Simply scan your wristband as you enter each event, then head to your designated lane to take on the challenge.
Here’s how scoring works across the Arena:
Duel – Win / Loss / Draw
Hang Tough – Time to completion or failure
The Wall – Time to completion or failure
Unleash – Time to completion or failure
The Eliminator – Time to completion or failure
Your results will be displayed as you exit each event, so you can see exactly how you performed.
You can also track your scores at any time by scanning the QR code on your wristband using your smartphone. The fastest Contenders will earn their place on the Experience Leaderboards.
At the end of your time in the Arena, you will be able to purchase a Video Highlight Reel of your time as a contender. VIP ticket holders already have this included in their ticket type.
When you scan into each game, there will be a screen displaying your remaining time in the Arena. Once this reaches zero, you will be asked to leave the Arena and head back to the locker room and return your safety equipment. There will be a small grace period so if your time runs out in the queue, you will be allowed to finish the event.
There will be ambient music and interactive audio throughout Gladiators Experience. Both static and roaming lights will be utilised throughout the experience; there will be no use of strobes or special effects.
